Summer Trial
The HERO Summer Trial provides all the elements of the longer and tougher events, but has less impact on the working week. It also makes allowances for the fact that five/six days of competition can be a daunting concept to a novice.
The 2010 event was based in Worcester and was a resounding success. Contnuing HERO's theme of finding new challanges the 2011 event will move to a new location. the event is open to cars made before 31st December 1983 and will once again follow the standard HERO format of regularity sections, link sections and driving tests presented in an easy to follow “tulip” Roadbook.
The fee includes accommodation, welcome and prize giving dinners and lunch on the three days of competition. The two middle evenings are usually free for you to explore the local area and to visit some of the numerous local restaurants and bars.
The date and location for 2011 will be announced in a few weeks time.
