We have introduced a new Escrow account called "HERO Events Ltd Escrow Account" held at Barclys bank. All deposits and entry fees received in advance are held in this account until the entry closing date. Should the event not run due to insufficient entries or an unforeseen event should occur, your money is safe and would be refunded in full. Should you choose to cancel your entry then the Cancellation Terms & Conditions as detailed on the individual ASR for each event would apply.
